Room to breathe

We headed out to Pacific Beach for the clam dig today. It was warm (relatively) and calm. We played in the sand, stretched our legs, breathed fresh air, and dug two limits. So fun. On the way home, we filled our bellies with Ranch House BBQ and arrived home with two sleeping babes.

We've done quite a bit of skiing this season - Bennett really has loved it and Clara didn't want to be left out.

Spring Preview

A friend from work is starting a photography business and needed models to get her website started. We somehow managed to choose to meet on the one sunny, spring like day we've had recently. The kids had a blast running around Greenlake park - they didn't exactly sit still for the photo session.

Just when I reach a point where I think I have no patience or calm words left to share, a moment like this happens and my refresh button is pushed. I love these little guys - and am so glad they are buddies.

I can't seem to stay up to date on this blog. New strategy - blog from my phone. Most of my pictures these days are taken on my phone anyway, since I also can't ever seem to remember the camera.
